Credit Card (Online) For your peace of mind and convenience we use Paypal for all our online payments. You do not need to have a Paypal account. Once you have created an account with The Locket Shop, Paypal accepts your credit card payment without you having to create a separate account. Please include standard delivery fee of $8.00 Australia Wide or $25.00AUD for Registered International Post. Money Order (mail order) We also accept money orders subject to clearance. If using this method please allow an additional 10 days for funds clearance prior to shipping, as orders will only be sent once funds are cleared in full. If your order is not in stock, you will be notified by email with an expected delivery time. Standard Registered Australia Post costs $8.00 and normally takes approximately 2-3 days to most major destinations within Australia. Free gift packaging is included with every order. International Registered Delivery Flat Fee of $25.00 All taxes, customs duties and any other expenses or duties to the destined country are to be paid for by the customer. Returns Every effort is made to accurately describe each item to avoid disappointment and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for you, our valued customer. If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange, repair or refund the purchase at our discretion in the same method of payment less postage costs. The item must be returned in its original condition, with proof of purchase, within 7 days of despatching the item. We guarantee that your purchase leaves our premises brand new and is checked for any defects. We do not refund on items that have been accidentally damaged or for any one of the following reasons: 1. The locket has been opened too far as this will damage the hinge. 2. It has been pressed too hard in the centre and caused it to dent. 3. The item has been exposed to perfume, deodorants, hairspray, salt water, chemicals or abrasive materials. 4. Scratches and Dents. 5. Breakages or misuse. 6.
