How is my purchase delivered?

Delivery

We use Registered, or Platinum Express Australia Post mail. If your order is not in stock, you will be notified by email with an expected delivery time. Standard Registered Australia Post costs $8.40 and delivery times vary depending on where you live in Australia but as a guide take approximately 2-3 days to most major metro destinations within Australia. Platinum Express post is overnight, registered to your door and costs $12.80.  These are current Australia Post postal charges and we do not charge any additional packaging or handling fees.  Free gift packaging is included with every order.

International Registered Delivery Flat Fee of $25.00

At present we only ship to: The United States, The United Kingdom and New Zealand. Please send us an email for a quote to ship to one of these destinations or to enquire about a destination not listed. All taxes, customs duties and any other expenses or duties to the destined country are to be paid for by the customer.

Direct Gift Service

We also offer a direct gift service. Upon request we can send your gift directly to your recipient saving you time and additional postage costs. We also enclose a gift card with your sentiments. Please indicate at check out if you require this service.

How do I pay for my Locket?

Payment

All of our prices quoted are in Australian Dollars only ($AUD). Our payment page is secured by GeoTrust.  Transactions are secured by 256 bit SSL encryption.

Credit Card (Online)

For your peace of mind and convenience we use Paypal for all our online payments. You do not need to have a Paypal account. Once you have created an account with The Locket Shop, Paypal accepts your credit card payment without you having to create a separate account. All you need to do is fill in your credit card details where indicated.

Can you please ensure you include your name or reference no when making payment. You also need to send us an email confirming your payment with your order details, your name, delivery address and contact phone number. Money Order (mail order)

We also accept money orders subject to clearance. If using this method please allow an additional 10 days for funds clearance prior to shipping, as orders will only be sent once funds are cleared in full. Please ensure you include with your payment, your name, delivery address, contact phone no., quantity, description or product code/s of item/s. Please include standard registered delivery fee of $8.40 fee Australia Wide or $25.00AUD for Registered International Post
