Dictionary meaning: lock·et (lŏk'ĭt)

n. A small ornamental case for a picture or keepsake, usually worn as a pendant.

The history of the locket is almost as much of a mystery as the contents of a locket itself...a locket is said to hold the deepest secrets of your heart and is entirely personal and sentimental to the wearer.

1. To close, do not press in the centre of your locket, you will damage it!  Only press on the closing edge very gently.
2. Never open your locket too far.  They are designed to be opened half way.  Take extra care when inserting photos.
   

1. Choose your desired photo/s suitable for your locket. 
2. If the photo needs to be reduced you can do this on your computer at home or take it to your local photo shop and they will do it for you.
   
   

1. Leaving your locket closed, place it on some tracing paper and trace around your locket shape.
2. Cut out your locket shape on your tracing paper with scissors and using this as your template, draw your shape onto your photo........
